MY CREATION MYTH

In the beginning when only the animal gods existed, and nothing of the world existed. There was Som the almighty god. He lived with his wife Doby. Now there other gods besides them all of their own kind.
Now every god had the ability to create living things, but only Som had the ability to create man, land, and water. Now the gods wanted something to look upon and be proud of. So they asked Som to make something so they could put their creatures on.
So that is how the world came to be. After that each of the gods created an animal that looked like them, and gave them life. It started out well, all of them multiplied and were happy. But then they began fighting and killing each other for food.
The gods were so disappointed about how things were turning out. They asked Som for help. So Som created man to protect the smaller animals from their predators.
So man multiplied and lived on doing the best they could do to protect the animals even though they would have to kill some to survive. But after that they mainly lived in peace. And that is the Creation of Life and Earth.
