MY CREATION MYTH
by Susana K.
Once there was a blue planet, nothing else; just still, motionless water, not even a gust of wind blew on the water.
Then something was flying above the blue planet and that something named it Earth. It was a black ball and his only possessions were some dirt, four different winds, and a bit of clay. It thought, “the earth would be a beautiful place if I could make land.” Then it said, “I will make land.” He put dirt on the earth in seven different large areas.
Next he put his winds on the earth and water splashed on the earth and grew trees and plants.
With the clay he made two people: a man and a woman, and ten animals to live on the earth; the people had children and their numbers increased.
The black ball didn’t rule the earth; he only looked down at the beautiful earth and was full with pride. The ball drowned in the water but the first people never forgot it. But they found out that the little ball’s name was Mars.
They found out that the ball came from Mars and lived there; he got bored of mars so he set off to travel and saw the earth and pictured it the way it is right now. So don’ t destroy this beautiful land. Treat it with care.
The End.
